New Ethiopia Washed (Guji) & Natural (Hambela)

We've previously discussed the difference between Natural and Washed Processed coffees but the information can present as abstract without a side-by-side comparison. Today, we are excited to introduce two new Ethiopian coffees, one Washed and one Natural, that BOTH come from the same grower (Hambela Coffee Farm) in the Guji zone! For all intents and purposes, these are the same coffee beans processed in two different manners, showcasing the importance that post-harvest plays in shaping the final product that lands in your cup. The abstract comes into focus.
