Known as our flagship coffee, we spent thirteen-months perfecting Espresso Chupacabra before extracting it for the masses. The blend aims to capture all three growing regions in one sip (Latin America, Africa, and Indonesia), alongside all three methods of coffee processing (Washed, Semi-washed, and Natural). The result is a balanced blend of floral, citrus, berry, and caramel notes suited for all brewing methods. We use Espresso Chupacabra at our cafe as our house espresso, and often as either our drip or cold brew option.
