On paper, Hair of the Goat should taste enormously complex with a host of competing flavors; in reality, the blend of two distinct Latin single-origins and one Indonesian ends up as the best introduction to our coffees and one of our most drinkable brews. From a palette standpoint, it offers a little bit of everything, and when customers ask for either a house- or breakfast-blend, we suggest Hair of the Goat. 

Place order by 11AM on Tuesday morning for same-week shipping and local pickup. Orders placed after that time may not be fulfilled until the following week.
